Laisser tremper ainsi pendant 24h en changeant l’eau à mi-temps. Bien rincer à grande eau claire.
Faire revenir le lard, ajouter les tomates et laisser fondre. Rajouter un verre d’eau, puis le restes des épices et les baba figue.
Couvrir d’eau à hauteur et laisser mijoter 3h environ.
Servir avec du riz blanc.
