Cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon soit bien dor\u00e9. Ajouter les foies de volaille marin\u00e9s et poursuivre la cuisson \u00e0 feu \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Lorsque les foies sont color\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 tout en \u00e9tant ros\u00e9s \u00e0 c\u0153ur apr\u00e8s quelques minutes de cuisson, les retirer et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>D\u00e9glacer la po\u00eale avec le porto utilis\u00e9 pour mariner les foies (sans le bouquet garni).
