Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te : Dans un bol, tamisez la farine avec le sel, ensuite versez l\u2019eau progressivement et p\u00e9trissez bien afin d\u2019obtenir une p\u00e2te souple qui ne colle pas. Couvrez ensuite d\u2019un linge et laissez reposer une heure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Une fois le dhall cuit, enlevez toute l\u2019eau restante et passez le au mixeur pour le r\u00e9duire en p\u00e2te.  Divisez la p\u00e2te a puri en petites boules et faites des boules de la m\u00eame tailles avec le dhall.  Creusez un trou au milieu de la p\u00e2te pour mettre le dhall et refermez avant de les poser sur une surface farin\u00e9e pour les laisser un peut reposer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Une fois toutes les boules pr\u00eates, mettez un petit bol de farine a cot\u00e9 et roulez les boules de p\u00e2te dans la farine avant de les aplatir au rouleau le plus finement possible.
