R\u00e9servez-les au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant la cuisson du risotto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Versez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une sauteuse. Faites y revenir le riz 2 minutes  en m\u00e9langeant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit nacr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mouillez ensuite avec la premi\u00e8re louche de bouillon, remuez et laissez le riz l\u2019absorber avant de rajouter une nouvelle louche. Proc\u00e9dez ainsi jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz soit presque cuit (comptez 16 minutes).
