Couper le citron en 2, en presser une moiti\u00e9. Laver et essorer la ciboulette et le persil, puis les ciseler finement. Verser dans le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la moutarde le jus de citron et les herbes. Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>D\u00e9couper 4 carr\u00e9s de papier sulfuris\u00e9 de 30 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9. \u00c9mincer le reste du citron en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>D\u00e9poser une portion de poisson sur chaque feuille, puis badigeonner de sauce \u00e0 la moutarde. R\u00e9partir les morceaux de citron. Fermer les papillotes en repliant le papier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Installer les papillotes sur un grand plat et faire cuire \u00e0 four chaud pendant 20 minutes.
