Badigeonner 4 moules \u00e0 souffl\u00e9 avec du beurre fondu et saupoudrer l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des moules de sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Put the egg yolks aside and put 4 egg whites in the bowl of an electric mixer.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et mettre 4 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs dans le bol d\u2019un mixeur \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Monter les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige avec le sel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les blancs forment des pics mous.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre la pur\u00e9e de banane dans un saladier; utiliser une spatule en caoutchouc  pour incorporer d\u00e9licatement 1 \/ 4 des \u0153ufs en neige au m\u00e9lange de bananes.<\/p>\n<p>Passer la spatule au centre du saladier puis sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les blancs soient incorpor\u00e9s. Incorporer les \u0153ufs en neige restants en prenant soin de garder le plus d\u2019air possible dans le m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Verser le souffl\u00e9 dans les moules pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et faire cuire au four jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les souffl\u00e9s soient mont\u00e9s et que le dessus soit dor\u00e9, environ 15 minutes.
