ce moment-l\u00e0 vous augmentez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la dose de farine.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<div class=\"cooked-recipe-directions\">\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>(La mousse de coco au chocolat blanc)<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer la cr\u00e8me de coco, le lait et 10 g de sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Blanchir les jaunes avec 40 g de sucre, verser un peu de cr\u00e8me chauff\u00e9e, m\u00e9langer et reverser dans la casserole, cuire doucement en \u00e9vitant l\u2019\u00e9bullition comme une anglaise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Tremper les 5 feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un saladier d\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n<p>En prendre 2 et les incorporer \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Fondre le chocolat blanc, verser dessus la cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8rement refroidie, bien amalgamer.<\/p>\n<p>Fouetter toute la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche avec 4 c s de sucre glace en chantilly, en prendre la moiti\u00e9 et l\u2019incorporer d\u00e9licatement au m\u00e9lange coco chocolat blanc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Verser dans 6 moules (j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 des moules \u00e0 muffin).<\/p>\n<p>(Pour celle \u00e0 la mangue)<\/p>\n<p>Mixer la mangue, (j\u2019ai obtenu 30 cl de pur\u00e9e) chauffer quelques cuill\u00e8res avec 3 c s de sirop d\u2019orange, 4 c s de sucre roux.<\/p>\n<p>Add the rest of the puree, the white rum, the 3 dehydrated gelatin leaves, mix and add the remaining whipped cream.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>M\u00e9langer le beurre avec le sucre glace, puis ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients, travailler au fouet pour obtenir une belle cr\u00e8me un peu \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre au frais au moins 20 mn.<\/p>\n<p>Sur 2 plaques recouvertes de papier cuisson, \u00e9taler en couche fine des ronds de p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Les cuire 5 \u00e0 6 mn \u00e0 230\u00b0 statiques ou 210 \u00b0 chaleurs tournantes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Les d\u00e9coller d\u00e8s la sortie du four et leur donner une forme.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assiette : 1 mousse de mangue, dessus la mousse coco chocolat blanc, la tuile, quelques tranches de kiwi bio (ils sont sucr\u00e9s c\u2019est incroyable !) et un soup\u00e7on de confiture de cl\u00e9mentine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-image\"
