Pressez 2 mandarines et r\u00e9servez le jus.<\/p>\n

\u00c9pluchez les 8 mandarines restantes et faites-les pocher 30 secondes dans l\u2019eau bouillante, \u00e9gouttez-les, puis \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau retirez toutes les petites peaux blanches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Dans une casserole large faites chauffer l\u2019eau et le jus de fruit avec le sucre en poudre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition en remuant pour obtenir un sirop.<\/p>\n

Plongez les mandarines dans le sirop en les tournant bien pour les enrober enti\u00e8rement de ce sirop ( 5 \u00e0 10 minutes), puis disposez-les sur un plat ou en coupelles individuelles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Faites bouillir le sirop \u00e0 gros bouillon pour obtenir un caramel (qui doit rester semi liquide), quand celui-ci atteint la couleur d\u00e9sir\u00e9e, alors versez le jus des mandarines. Laissez le caramel refroidir avant de le verser sur les mandarines.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9servez ce dessert au frais jusqu\u2019au moment de le servir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
