Faites cuire doucement pendant 10 min \u00e0 petit feu (cela ne doit pas bouillir) sans cesser de m\u00e9langer avec une spatule en bois. Laissez refroidir dans un saladier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour les \u0153ufs en neige, battez les blancs en neige en ajoutant \u00e0 la fin 2 c. \u00e0 soupe de sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Faites bouillir de l\u2019eau. A l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9cumoire, faites des portions de blanc et plongez-les dans l\u2019eau fr\u00e9missante 30 secondes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
