Ingredients:
 3 Eggs
 200 g dessert chocolate
 100 g of butter
 100 g of flour
 100 g of sugar
  A muffin tin or paper boxes

Preheat oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7)

In a bain marie or microwave, melt 160 g chocolate broken in pieces with the butter.

Mix the eggs with the sugar and the flour and add the melted chocolate little by little.

Fill the pre-buttered paper molds or boxes with 3/4 of dough and place a square of chocolate (or 1/4 of the square) in the center.
