Beef curry with potatoes and chayotte

ingredients:
 1 kg of beef
 2 chayottes
 4 potatoes
 1 tbsp garlic / ginger mixture
 1 onion
 1 clove of garlic
 1 green pepper
 2 tablespoons tomato puree
 4 teaspoons of curry
 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
 1 tbsp roasted cumin
 3 tablespoons of coriander leaves
  Salt
 Pepper
 Oil
Preparation:

Cut the meat into cubes and marinate for 2 hours with the garlic / ginger mixture, cinnamon and cumin and 2 tbsp of curry. Salt, pepper.

Chop the onion, chop the garlic and chop the pepper lengthwise. Peel and cut the potatoes and diced potatoes.

Sweat onions and garlic, add meat and saute quickly.

Then add the tomato purée, two tbsp of curry and chilli. Dilute with a little water and mix.

Then add the potatoes and chayotte. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with coriander before serving.
