Blond Liver Cake

Ingredients:

 350 g of chicken liver
 15 of cream
 8 eggs
 50 g of flour
 1 shallot
 Garlic
 Salt, ground pepper
 Parsley
 Nutmeg
Preparation:

Finely mix the livers of poultry, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, cream, minced shallot, flour, nutmeg, 4 whole eggs and 4 yolks.

Beat 4 whites remaining in the snow. Gently stir in the previous appliance.

Put in a buttered mold (2 times) and cook in a 6 (200 °) water bath for 1 hour.

Serve with fresh tomato sauce.
