Chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
 500 g Chocolate
 80 cl Whole liquid cream
 200 g Ice sugar
 8 Eggs
Preparation:

In a container, whip the liquid cream with whipped cream.

In a saucepan, put the chocolate to melt in a bain-marie.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beating egg whites. Squeeze the whites with the sugar.

Mix the chocolate with the whipped cream

Add the whites to snow and incorporate them gently.

Let cool for 1 hour.
