Fish Terrine

Ingredients:
 1000 g of fish without bones like whiting, salmon or burbot.
 300 g peeled shrimp
 200 ml of fresh cream
 8 eggs
 2 large onions, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley, pepper, salt
 5 crushed crackers or equivalent in dry bread
 Butter
Preparation:

Mix the fish, garlic and onion in a blender and mix fairly finely

Add eggs, cream and crackers

Mix to obtain a homogeneous and frothy consistency

Add the chopped flat parsley according to your preferences

Season with salt and pepper

Butter the inside of a terrine

Pour half of the fish mixture into the bottom of the terrine

Arrange a layer of shrimp on the first layer

Pour the rest of the mixture to cover everything
