Ingredients:
 8 slices of stale bread
 2 eggs
 20 cl of milk
 20 grams of sugar
 1 teaspoon of vanilla
 1 tablespoon of rum
 80 grams of butter
  Icing sugar.
 Fruit salad

Preparation:

Beat the eggs on a plate, add sugar, milk and vanilla + rum.

Dip the slices of bread, drain and put the butter to heat in the pan, brown the slices gently on each side.

Serve hot, sprinkling with icing sugar.

Decorate with fruit salad and ice cream
