Fried octopus in persillade

Ingredients:
 370 g of small octopus
 3 cloves of garlic
 1 small bunch of parsley
 Olive oil
 Salt and pepper
Preparation:

Thaw the octopus.

Boil water in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic cloves. Leaf and chop the parsley.

Let the octopus cool and cut into pieces.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and sauté the octopus for 3 minutes.

Add the parsley, salt and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes and serve immediately.
