Fried tuna in a gingerbread crust

ingredients:
 125 g red tuna steak
 ½ slice of gingerbread (10 g)
 Salt pepper
 1 C.C. mustard + mustard seed
Preparation:

Reduce the gingerbread in fine breadcrumbs.

Brush both sides of the tuna with mustard, then pass in the breadcrumbs of gingerbread.

Pan tuna on each side in a non-stick frying pan. The interior must be slightly pink.

Salt, pepper and serve immediately
