Octopus with coconut milk

Ingredients:
 Butter
  Salt
 Pepper
 Curry
 25 cl of coconut milk
 2 cloves garlic
 2 shallots
 1 kg of octopus
Preparation:

Cook the octopus in the pressure cooker with a court-bouillon (1 carrot slices, 1/2 onion, 2 bay leaves) and some diced green papaya that has the virtue of softening the flesh of the octopus about 3-4 hours

Discard the broth and papaya.Cool and then peel, clean and cut into small cubes the tentacles and body of the animal.

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Melt them in butter Add the octopus and season.

Pour the coconut milk, let it heat without cooking.Serve with curry rice
