Roulade of zucchini with goat cheese

Ingredients:
 2 Nice zucchini
 100 g of goat cheese (Chavroux type)
 2 cloves garlic
 Basil
 5 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation:

Wash and wipe the zucchini. Using a peeler, peel the zucchini in the height by pressing hard on the vegetable peeler to obtain fairly large slices of zucchini.

The strips will be 2 to 3 cm wide, a length equal to the height of the zucchini and about 1 to 2 mm thick.

Prepare the marinade for the zucchini, chop the garlic, basil (if not take the frozen basil already chopped), mix and pour the olive oil. Brush each slice of zucchini, cook on both sides.

Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

In a bowl crush the goat cheese. Spread the mixture on one of the surfaces of each coverslip.

Once the slice “spread”, roll the coverslip on itself and once the roll obtained, put a toothpick across for the maintenance.
