Ingredients:
 800 g of octopus
 1 onion, ginger
 Saffron powder
 vinegar
 Olive oil
 Coriander
 Salt pepper.
Preparation:

Clean the octopus and cut into small pieces.

Fry the chopped onion and ginger in a frying pan for about 3 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons saffron.

Add the pieces of ourite in the pan.

Salt, pepper and cook.

Then add 10 ml of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Then add 10 ml of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Cook for about 25 minutes
