Stuffed Zucchini with fish

Ingredients:
 3 zucchini
 420 g of fish fillet
 150 g of goat cheese spread or other
 Basil
 Salt
 Pepper
 Olive oil

Cut the zucchini into sections of about 7 cm and then dig them into a well, leaving the zucchini bottom intact.

Decant the fish. Heat a little olive oil in a pan add the fish, cook about 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove and discard the fish skin and add in the skillet goat cheese, basil, salt and pepper.

Crush everything with a fork and remove from heat.

Arrange the zucchini wells in a baking dish, then stuff with the stuffing. Cut a slice of zucchini that you put on each well.

Pour a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 240 ° C for 45 minutes.

To cook the zucchini well and avoid cooking fish, you can precook the zucchini in advance (whole 5 minutes in boiling water then cold water)
