Tuna with sesame and mango salad, avocado, tomato and coriander

ingredients:
 600 g of tuna steak
 100 g toasted sesame
 Sesame oil
 2 lawyers
 1 lime
 1 mango
 2 peppers
 2 beautiful beef heart tomatoes
 1 bunch of coriander
Preparation:

Grill the tuna on the grill. Salt, pepper. A round trip is enough, ensure that the heart of the steak is hot but remains red.

When the tuna are cooked, cut into slices about 1cm thick, and sprinkle with lime. Roll each slice in the grilled sesame.

Cut the other ingredients into cubes and mix them in a bowl. Sprinkle with a little sesame oil and garnish with coriander sprigs.

Place the salad on a plate, arrange the tuna slices on top.
