 300 g of carrots
 300 g of green beans
 300 g of celery ball
 1 red pepper
 1 bunch of chives
 500 g of light cream
 6 eggs
 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
 Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the vegetables into sticks as for french fries.

In a very hot frying pan cook the carrots, beans and celery with 30 gr of water and 10 of oil.

Lower the temperature and cook for 8 minutes. Halfway through cooking add the peppers. At the end of cooking let infuse without discovering for 3 minutes.

Prepare the flan dish by mixing cream, eggs, cheese, chopped chives, salt and pepper.

Pour this preparation into a cake mold lined with a film of food and then deposit each drained vegetable by alternating the colors in the direction of the length.

Put the dish in a bain-marie for 1 hour 45 minutes in a 130 ° oven.

It is also possible to make this recipe in individual molds, but for that it is better to cut the vegetables in mirepoix and to decrease the cooking of 30 min.
