Ingredients:
 4 slices of tuna (about 600 g total)
 1 kg of potatoes
 5 cloves of garlic
 2 white onions
 7 cl of olive oil
 2 tablespoons harissa
 1 bouquet of fresh thyme
  Fine salt
Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, and cut into small regular cubes. Peel and chop garlic cloves and onions.

Mix the potatoes, garlic and onions in a baking dish and sprinkle with thyme, rinsed and stripped. Salt, sprinkle with 5 cl of oil and mix.

Roast for 30 minutes in the oven; stir often and turn down the oven if the potatoes color too quickly.

Salt, oil and brush the harissa tuna. Put it on the potatoes and cook another 10 to 15 minutes depending on the desired cooking.
