ingredients:
2 big fig baba (banana flower)
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons of turmeric
1 whole chili pepper
1 piece grated fresh ginger
200 g chopped smoked bacon
salt pepper
½ bunch of chopped coriander
4 tomatoes
Preparation:

Chop the baba figs in salted water and vinegar, oiling hands and knives.
Soak for 24 hours, changing the water part time. Rinse thoroughly with clear water.
Brown bacon, add tomatoes and let melt. Add a glass of water, then the remaining spices and baba figs.

Cover with water to high and let simmer about 3 hours.
Serve with a white rice.
