Ingredients:
 200 g biscuits of Bastogne or Speculoos
 300 g of Philadelphia Nature
 125 g of butter
 300 ml whipped cream
 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation:

Crush the cookies in a food processor and then add the butter before mixing.

Spread the mixture on the bottom of a mold and smooth with the rounded end of a spoon.

Mix the Philadelphia Nature until you get a creamy set.

Mix the whipped cream and vanilla sugar in another bowl.

Make sure that the whipped cream is not too thick.

Then add the Philadelphia Nature mixture to the cream and mix.

Arrange in the pie pan and smooth with the rounded end of a tablespoon.

You can possibly moisten the dough for an even more beautiful and smooth finish.

Put the cheesecake at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
