Ingredients:
 3 or 4 ripe bananas
 75 g of milk chocolate
 60 g of peanut butter
 2 tbsp. to c. sugar
 1 tbsp. to s. of rum
 50 g of butter
 3 egg whites
 Icing sugar
 Lemon peel (optional)
Preparation:

Melt 20 g butter in the microwave and butter the inside of the ramekins.

Put the remaining butter (30 g), chocolate and peanut butter in a small bowl and melt in the microwave. Mix.

Crush the banana pulp with a fork. Add 1 spoonful of sugar, rum and possibly a lemon zest (I added it to the original recipe because I love the lemon / banana combination)

Beat the egg whites into the snow, adding the remaining sugar. Add the whites to the chocolate / peanut mixture.

Spread crushed bananas with rum in the bottom of the ramekins. Garnish with the preparation, stopping 1 cm from the edge. Bake at 180 ° C for 9 minutes.

Take out of the oven, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy immediately!
