A recipe could not be simpler for the aperitif.

Ingredients:

 60 g grated Emmental (or Comté).
 1 egg yolk.
 1 tablespoon of milk.
 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
 Salt and pepper
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.

Spread the puff pastry and only on the half of the circle, sprinkle with grated cheese then salt and pepper
