ingredients:
 1 parrot fish
 3 cloves of garlic
 1 onion
 1 packet of jalapeño and chipotle pepper preparation or 1 bird pepper
 2 ripe tomatoes
 2 tbsp to c. tomato paste
 2 kaloupie leaves (if you find)
 1 C. to c. ginger powder
 2 tbsp to s. olive oil
 4 tbsp to s. olive oil
 Pepper
Preparation:
1

Scale, empty and rinse fish, place on absorbent paper

Cut and seed tomatoes in small quarters

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves

4

Slice some fresh chilli

Put in the mixer bowl, garlic, chilli, ginger and pepper

In a small saucepan, heat 2 tbsp. to s. of olive oil, chilli and garlic 1 min on very soft fire

Add the tomatoes, mix the mixer and cook for 5 minutes

Out of the heat, add the kaloupie, tomato paste, 2 tbsp. to s. of water and soy sauce, pepper and reserve

Make cuts on each side of the fish

Oil a baking dish and place the fish

Lightly salt and pepper the interior

Introduce the marinade in the cuts and inside the fish and reserve 30 minutes

Mix the rest of the marinade with 2 tbsp. to s. of water and 2 tbsp. to s. oil

Before baking, coat the fish with the rest of the diluted marinade and pour the rest to the bottom of the dish

Bake 12 min on each side, turning halfway through cooking

    1. C’est vrai il existe plusieurs sorte prenais celle que vous prenez habituellement.
      Moi personnellement je ne mange pas de boeuf
      Alors je fais attention car il y a certaine marque qui mette de la moelle de boeuf pour améliorer le goût.lisaez les étiquettes.
