Ingredients:
 1 shoulder of lamb boneless and diced
 3 onions
 2 cloves garlic
 1 can of unpeeled peeled tomatoes
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 1 teaspoon of water
 2 crushed cloves
 Cinnamon powder
 1 star of star anise
 1 teaspoon coriander powder
 Chilli powder sweet or stronger according to taste
 A pinch of powdered cumin – salt, pepper
Preparation:

Peel and finely chop garlic and onions. Dice the canned tomatoes. Reduce the cloves powder.

In a pressure cooker, brown the diced meat in hot oil, add onions, garlic and tomatoes. Sprinkle with the spices. Pour the water and mix well.

Season. Close the casserole.

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

Open the casserole. Serve with rice.
