 65 cl Whole liquid cream:
 1/2 skimmed milk: 15 cl
 150 g Sugar powder
 Vanilla pod (s): 1 piece (s)
 Egg yolks: 10 piece (s)
 200 g Frozen red fruit mix
 50 g Brown sugar
You can flavor the cream with vanilla but also with flower essences, spices and others. Soft cream with red fruits, caramelized after cooking.
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 120 ° C.

Put the milk and cream to a boil.

Clarify the eggs (separate the white from the yolk). Mix the yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens, then pour the filtered milk on it and mix well.

Then pour the whole thing into the verrines filled with red fruits (you can leave the creme brulee cool for a better look).

On a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper and place the glasses of cream, then pour boiling water halfway up the plate. Bake the water bath at 120 ° C for 40 minutes. Let cool then.

When serving, Sprinkle the cream with brown sugar, then caramelize with a torch or by pouring a little hot alcohol on the sugar and then flaming.
