125 g red tuna steak
10 g Madagascar pepper

Preparation:

Cut the tuna into a rectangular paralepiped

Finely crush the pepper with the pestle.

Roll the tuna in pepper and reserve in the fridge for 2 hours.

Pan tuna on each side in a non-stick frying pan. The interior must be slightly pink. For this 40 seconds the first face then 30 seconds the second, 20 the third and 10 the last.
