Ingredients:
400 ml of milk + 200 ml of fresh cream
1 can of 400 ml of coconut milk + 50 gr of grated coconut
6 eggs
100 g of sugar
the zest of a lime
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar or sugar and the heart of vanilla (it’s better)
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
Preparation:

In a saucepan heat the milk and coconut milk, the grated coconut, the sugar and the heart of the vanilla plus the pod itself.
Bring everything to light boil and remove from heat. Remove the vanilla pods.
Beat the eggs in a salad bowl. Gradually pour the hot mixture over the eggs.

Add the cinnamon. Fill the cups with the preparation. Heat in a bain-marie for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
In decoration you can prick pieces of vanilla pod.
