(For 4 people)
ingredients:
 800 g of pork (cubes)
 2 onions
 4 cloves of garlic
 2 cc of colombo (masala)
 1 can of peeled tomato
 100 g of cottage cheese
 15 cl of coconut milk
 1 cc of olive oil
 Salt and pepper
Preparation:

Start by peeling and slicing the onions (unless they are frozen) and the cloves of garlic.

In a casserole, fry the meat in the olive oil spoon.

Sprinkle with colombo.

Add the chopped onions and garlic.

Let brown a few minutes. Be careful that it does not burn.

Roughly mix the peeled tomatoes.

Pour them into the pan with the cottage cheese and coconut milk.

Mix well.

Salt and pepper to taste.

On low heat, simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve immediately with white rice.
