 125 g of sugar
 ½ l of milk
 1 vanilla pod
For eggs in snow:
 4 eggs
 2 tbsp. tablespoons sugar
Preparation:

For custard, boil the milk with the split vanilla pod in half.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar.

Mix the milk with the sweet egg yolks outside the fire. Cook gently for 10 min on a low heat (this should not boil) without stopping mixing with a wooden spatula. Let cool in a salad bowl.

For the eggs in the snow, beat the egg whites until 2 cbs. tablespoons sugar.

Boil some water. Using a skimmer, make portions of white and immerse in simmering water for 30 seconds on each side. When they are cooked, arrange them in a salad bowl.
