Variation: replace the bacon with a can of natural tuna 185 g, drained. To bring some freshness, accompany with a small salad with a vinaigrette.
Idea: in the mixture add vegetables (spinach, chard, green cabbage, beans, zucchini, …) that you have previously precooked and seasoned.
