Ingredients:
 1 live lobster of 800 g / 1 kg
 3 tablespoon of olive oil
 40 g of butter
 1 tbsp. herbs (basil, chervil, parsley dish)
 Salt and freshly ground pepper
 1 lemon
Preparation:

Preheat the grill part of the oven. Melt the butter. Wash and coarsely chop the herbs and add them to the melted butter.

Cut lobster in half lengthwise. Place the halves in a hollow roasting dish on the shell side underneath. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.

Slip them under the grill, let them cook for 5 minutes. Turn them over and continue cooking for 5 min shells on it.

Put the oven in the normal thermostat 7 (210 ° C) position. Now return the half fleshed lobsters on it. Sprinkle with the melted herb butter and cook for 10 minutes, basting often.

Dress on dish and serve immediately, accompanied by lemon wedges.
