Ingredients
 4 large calamari, 8 medium or 12 small
 150 g of sausage meat
 1 big onion
 3 cloves of garlic
 ½ bunch of parsley
 2 slices of sandwich bread
 1 egg
 ½ glass of milk
 50 g raisins
 Cayenne pepper or hot sauce
Preparation:
1

Clean squid, body and paws, remove skin.

Mix the sausage meat and add the bread sandwich soaked in the milk and tighten them in the palm of the hand.

Add the egg, raisins and onion cut into small pieces and return.

Fill the squids with this stuffed 2/3. Close the squid with a toothpick.

Brown the calamari and legs of squid in a little olive oil until they are firm and firm.

Put in a large dish with olive oil. Leave to cook under cover and in a gentle oven for 1 hour in a broth with white wine and thyme; return once or twice.

Prepare large potatoes half cooked and after 40 minutes of cooking add to the dish
