Ingredients:
 1 trevally 1.5 kg or 2 small
 1 onion + 4 cloves of garlic
 1 teaspoon of ginger + 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
 1 bunch of fresh coriander + Salt
 Banana leaves
 Kitchen string or bamboo spike
Preparation:

Clean the fish.

Wipe it with a paper towel.

Make 3 deep cuts on each side with a sharp knife

Cut 3 pieces of banana leaves from 60 to 70 cm.

Arrange them on a baking dish, overlapping them.

Arrange the fish in the middle of the leaves.

Mix the onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil and salt.

Brush both sides of the fish with this mixture.

Put the rest in the ventral cavity.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander.

Fold the banana leaves to wrap the fish.

Keep closed with bamboo picks or with string.

Put the fish in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
