3 inches of fresh ginger

Wash the net, remove remaining edges, and dry well.

Prepare all ingredients: wash, chop and melt gently in good olive oil, salt and pepper. Book

Cut the fish into large pieces, cook as you like (frying or grilling)

(Ginger mango sauce):

1 large piece of ginger (3 cm) the pulp of a beautiful ripe mango, 25 cl of soy sauce

Peel the ginger and crush it with the garlic press, add the mango pulp, mashed in the blender, the sugar and the soy sauce.
