(For 12 people)
ingredients:
 12 beautiful tuna cutlets
 A handful of black olives
 6 teaspoons of capers
 6 big onions
  Soya sauce
 Balsamic vinegar
 Olive oil
Preparation:
1

Cut the onions into pieces and sauté them in the oil.

Add the tuna steaks and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side (to reduce depending on the thickness of the fish slice).

Attention, the fish should not be completely cooked otherwise it will be too dry.

Add 6 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.

Add 9 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Salt the fish but not too much (because of the soy sauce).

Add a glass of water.

Add the olives and capers.

Cook on very low heat for 5 minutes.

This dish can be prepared in advance and the cooking of the fish ends when the dish is warmed up.

The sauce obtained in the pan can possibly be mixed with fresh cream.

For the final touch, add some black olives for the “deco side”.
