Ingredients:
1 dorado steak
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 limes
1 small ginger chopped menu (quantity according to taste)
1 stick (or leaf) of chopped lemongrass
20 cl of coconut milk
pepper
2 pinches of salt
1 teaspoon sriracha chilli sauce
10 sprigs of fresh coriander cut off menu
1 tomato and a half
Preparation:

Put the olive oil in the pan and place the steak still frozen. Pepper on both sides. Put on medium heat.

Add the lemons cut in 8, add the tomato cut into 8, chilli, lemongrass, coriander and ginger.

Cover the pan with a lid.

Cook 10 minutes on one side then 10 minutes on the other side.

Remove the lid.

Add the coconut milk and continue cooking, lowering the heat slightly.

Turn the steak carefully 1 time while cooking is still covered.

After 30 minutes, remove the lid and cook for 5 or 10 minutes.
